Review of Giachi Primolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2009 Harvest

My husband and I were first served Primolio oil in a restaurant, Trattoria del Merlo in Chicago.It is a splendid oil...peppery but very nuanced and smooth.We had the waiter write down the name of the oil.The moment we got home from dinner, we went online and purchased the oil from Gourmet On Line.It was shipped promptly and without hassle.A winner all around!
