THIS OLIVE OIL IS A VERY WELL-BALANCED FLAVOR-WISE WITH A SLIGHTLY PEPPERY FINISH.GREAT ON PASTA AND MEATS AND SALADS. POUR A FEW TABELSPOONS IN A SMALL RAMIKIN AND ADD SOME MINCED GARLIC AND GARLIC JUICE, SALT, AND A LITTLE PEPPER FOR DIPPING BREAD OR SIMPLY BRUSH THIS MIXTURE OVER SLICES BAUGETTE BREAD AND BROIL FOR GREAT GARLIC BREAD.
