These mini toasts are a standby in our pantry.(By the way, mini does mean mini - one bite for most men and two bites for the ladies.)We have served them with any number of things.They're pretty on a cheese tray for guests to spread or already spread and passed.
One of our favorites with these toasts is a goose liver mousse with sauternes from Trois Petits Cachons in NY.Their blackpeppercorn pate is also a standout.
