This harvest is only offered once a year, and my local cheese gourmet shop runs out of it quickly during the holidays when it comes out, so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon.I bought 3 bottles, I use olive oil daily.It has a wonderful nutty smell and taste, not a mild flavor at all.Very special, pricey, but worth every penny.I love it drizzled on bread or in dressings.
